Is a pregnant woman or my child allowed to take this or that?

Often we hear questions like: “Is a pregnant woman or my child allowed to take this or that product?”. Our answer is usually: “If the pregnant woman or the child consists of cells and has a brain with nerve cells – then yes.” What sounds harsh is in truth the only sensible advice: Listen to yourself, because only you yourself know best what is good for you.

But many people associate the question with the thought: “Who is responsible if something happens?” If different products are taken or therapy devices are used and “something” unexpected or unpleasant occurs, the question always arises as to who is responsible for it and possibly “to blame” or bears the liability. That is how it works in a system in which everything must be “insured”.

Ask about risks and side effects – especially yourself!

The dose makes the poison: The dosage, i.e. the amount taken or applied, decides whether a substance is health-promoting or can be harmful to lethal. When we as FGS recommend products, these are products based on natural substances and ingredients – which naturally grow and thrive in nature. Our statement does not in any case refer to pharmaceutical, synthetic or other artificially produced and modified products/substances.

Who bears the responsibility for their own thought processes, thoughts and decisions?

We bear 100% responsibility for our thinking and behaviour ourselves. We make a decision and are fully responsible for the consequences ourselves – in the case of success (achieving the goal) or failure (missing the goal). Other people, experts, therapists or doctors are welcome to advise us and present their point of view, and since there are known to be many different views and perspectives, it makes sense to listen to various recommendations and opinions. At the beginning, the focus should be on obtaining information in order to then evaluate the information and make our own decisions from inner conviction.

Whoever regularly listens to what so-called experts say will very often have to change their decisions by up to 180 degrees over time. And with the variety of expert opinions, they will only become more confused and a plaything of other (foreign) interests!

In the past, we ourselves were the experts in researching and trying out

Our ancestors had a very simple method to determine whether an unknown plant/fruit is edible and helpful or not. They first smelled it, possibly put a tiny piece in their mouth, salivated it and waited to see if there were any reactions. If there were no negative reactions, the amount was slowly increased further and checked again to see if there were any negative sensations or manifestations. The next stage: Swallow a tiny amount and observe again and listen to your own inner sensors. A remedy that does me good can cause major problems in another person. That is why every person has their own sensors and sensory organs with which they can find out what is good for them themselves.

Whether something was taken internally or applied externally, the procedure was always the same for unknowns: Carefully approach, wait for the inner responses of the sensors and then adjust the remedies and amount.

Health cannot be calculated

Why do we today ask so-called “experts” who may have never tried the remedies or products, but have studied mathematics and statistics? Mathematical methods can be used to calculate standard deviations, which are then imposed on all people as a recommendation. This means that 90% of people who try a remedy experience side effects and the doctor’s answer is then: “But that is extremely rare and according to the study, only 23% of people your age have a 53.9% chance that side effects of this kind will occur. Does that help us now?”

When we think naturally and bio-logically again, we also act that way!

Consultants with comprehensive biological and physiological understanding

When it comes to new or unknown health products and a specific therapeutic objective or health problem, it is always advisable to contact a contact person who has collected practical knowledge from experience and not just theoretical knowledge and works from an understanding of the biochemistry and biology of the body.

In addition, the consultant should incorporate the most up-to-date or even newer scientific findings into their recommendations and not only give basic recommendations that may still have been valid 20 or 30 years ago.

This way, one can get a good, basic assessment for a sensible start and also achieve progress without already having corresponding experience oneself. However, what is essential in the next step is observation and individual adjustment to the actual own need. Depending on the extent of a deficiency or a burden, this can vary greatly.
