The third biological natural law is based on the control of brain areas that are connected with special tissue types, a certain biological sensation and an emotion. These primal connections are traceable in the field of embryology by means of the germ layers (endoderm, old and new mesoderm and ectoderm). Every organ area can be assigned to one of these germ layers via the control of the brain areas.
If a conflict shock is experienced, brainstem and cerebellum, provided the cerebral cortex the shock affects their “responsibility” cerebral medulla, will ensure an immediate functional increase in the conflict-active phase. If the conflict persists for some time, a brainstem cell proliferation becomes apparent. Tissue categories that are controlled by the old brain experience cell proliferation already in the active phase.
